Put Your Brain to the Test at Rockwall Escape Rooms

Escape Room challenges are all the rage these days, and they are a great place to take friends and family for some fun. Here guests will come across codes, puzzles, and clues throughout their adventure that they will use to escape the room. There are a number of escape rooms at the venue in Rockwall that each boast a different theme.

Each team will have an hour to solve the clues and escape the room. The themes of the room change every three months or so, but past themes have included an ancient Egypt-themed adventure, a wizard-centric room, and treasure hunts. Admission is $27 per person or $200 for a room (which accommodates eight people). Those interested in checking this place out should reserve their desired time slot online!

Sip on House-Brewed Beers at the Woodcreek Brewing Company

"There's just something about a garage that brings people together," at least according to the founders of Woodcreek Brewing Company. They launched their local brewery, initially, in a small garage. They didn't need much space to invent and start brewing the beers that would eventually become known all around Rockwall and beyond. Today, however, the brewers have outgrown their garage space and moved into a permanent location in Rockwall.

You can head to the tap room Thursday through Saturday to sip on the various brews. There are some that are always on tap, like the signature Lakeside Cerveza Blonde Ale, the New Horizon American Wheat, and the Highway 66 Pale Ale. However, Woodcreek brewers also create new suds for each season—stop by before April if you want to sip on the Black Gold Chocolate Stout.
